Happy Holidays from Tami!
Before any flour is measured or any buttercream is mixed, every recipe gets a big heaping scoop of love and support from my family. I could not make these cakes without my family behind me and that is why I took a week off to share Happy Holidays with them.
My daughter is a soldier in the United States Army so I never take time with her for granted. She absolutely loves her dogs so we took some time to bake home-made dog treats (over 4 dozen!). These treats have blueberries, whole-wheat flour, peanut butter, and oats. They are human-tested and dog-approved!
My son-in-law (and IT Guy) is a space nerd so, of course, I made him a space-themed cake. His cake is a cookies-and-cream batter with vanilla buttercream. He said it was “out of this world.”
My oldest daughter and my two grandsons are coming to visit tomorrow. Riley and Tyler love helping their Mamaw bake and running around the house saying “cake is life, cake is life!” My grandsons keep me young and are not afraid to ask Mamaw for the best birthday cake they have ever tasted.
Last, but certainly not least, is my husband: Joel. My taste tester, my supply getter, my biggest fan, my one and only. Joel has supported me from the very beginning and is always encouraging me to make bigger and better cakes. Without him, all I have is a big pile of flour.
To my family: thank you.
To my fans, supporters, and customers: thank you!
